Construction of a commercial building for Bon Pane Bakery. This was a new construction work executed from scratch, covering from the foundations to the facade structure, with a focus on structural strength and construction efficiency.

Our accountability:

Foundation with isolated footings: A robust foundation was built with isolated footings interconnected with buttresses, guaranteeing the stability of the entire structure.

Main metallic structure: A metallic structure was installed according to the approved project, made up of HSS columns and IPR beams of different dimensions; execution of the mezzanine slab, roof and floors; metallic structure for the façade: an additional structure was implemented that allowed the installation of a modern, functional and aesthetically pleasing façade in accordance with the visual identity of the business.

The result was a functional, modern and structurally strong building, ready to operate as a point of sale and production for Bon Pane Bakery. The work reflects our commitment to quality, safety and customer satisfaction at every stage of the construction process.
